Tamara Gibson, RN

Tamara began her nursing career here at Quality as a CNA, then moved to a floor nurse, then to a unit manager role, and then house supervisor. Most recently she was an Executive Director but when choosing to further her career in administration it only felt natural to come home to where she originally began her nursing career so many years ago. She is proud to be serving our residents, families, and community with such an amazing team. She has been a nurse for ten years with more than seven years in management roles. Her mother was a CNA, RN and now an NP so she has followed in her footsteps growing her career from CNA to RN as well as moving into many leadership positions throughout. Tamara graduated with an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from Western Kentucky University. As the Assistant Administrator, she enjoys team building, motivating, and educating to ensure patient-centered care is always at the forefront. In her spare time, she spends time with her two boys (Knox and Lincoln) and her husband on the lake and at the beach.
