Scarlett attended Tennessee State University graduating from nursing school with her RN in 1996. She has been in healthcare for 30 years, and began as a CNA at the local community hospital, while in school. Over the next 25 years, she served as a clinical and charge nurse in multiple areas, including acute care, med/surg, and emergency services.
