Julie Grisham, COTA

Julie has been working in healthcare since the age of 16. She started as a CNA during high school. She then received her degree for occupational therapy assistant and has been practicing since 1994. She has been a director of rehabilitation for the last 12 years and earned her nursing home administrator license in 2022. She recently transitioned from being the Assistant Administrator to Administrator at Quality Center. She has extensive knowledge of long-term care programming and skilled rehabilitation. Julie has a strong belief in clinical training for therapists in efforts of increasing and enhancing positive outcomes! She enjoys leading the team for a better quality of life for our residents. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
