Caver “Kay” Weir

Kay has been a member of team Quality for 16 years. She joined the team as a nursing assistant in 2004. Throughout her professional career as a caregiver, Kay has committed her life to incredible balance, raising her three children, working in patient support roles, and attending school full-time. She attended Draughons Community College for two years, graduating with an associate's degree in medical assisting. Her career and role continued to grow and transpire, accepting the role as the Director of Concierge Services for Quality Center, serving as the liaison between all patients, their families, and our dedicated team. Kay has always been known as one to challenge herself while consistently setting new, refreshing goals for herself. In her current role, Kay has the opportunity to support customer service and engagement for both patients and employees. "I love what I do. The best feeling in the world is knowing that you made a difference in someone's day," shared Kay.
