Lori has been with the community since 2011. She serves as the Director of MDS and Care Plans. Lori is a Licensed Practical Nurse and began her career as a charge nurse proving her leadership and management skills. Lori is committed to ensuring the care team develops and implements individualized plans of care that better serve the residents and enhances the quality of care being delivered.
