Daphne Oldham
Director of Social Services
Daphne has been a member of the Quality Center team for over 20 years. She began her career with the center as a Certified Nursing Assistant while attending Cumberland University. She graduated from Cumberland University with a Bachelor's degree in Social Science. She is fluent in multiple languages, which is a tremendous asset to the residents and families she serves. Daphne has great dedication and compassion for the residents and she is driven by customer service. She is focused on meeting the psychosocial needs of the residents as well as meeting the needs of the families with regards to their stay with the community.
